Thank you for the quick response. Installing the patch on my development system fixed the issue. NPP CRiS processing is back to normal.

Hi all, I have installed CSPP SDR 3.2.2, updated luts and ancillary. JPSS VIIRS, CRIS, ATMS process OK.
