Hello,

Where did you get the file which is causing you issues? Could you post a link so we could try with that file? We tried with ftp://dds.gina.alaska.edu/public/NPP/vi ... spp_dev.h5 and did not have any issues.

Could you post a log file? (located in $ADL_HOME/log) from when you got a core dump?

Hi I contacted with the alaska staff and they noticed me that there are certain adjustment on how they process the SDR products. And there is no problem with the new data now. Thanks for your feedback!
