VIIRS DNB stray light correction

At the recent IMAPP/CSPP User's Group Meeting (May 2013) I mentioned that we have some Fortran correction code for the VIIRS day night band - to correct for bias and striping when the satellite is illuminated but the scene is dark. It's not perfect, but it seems to work quite well for us in the UK. Note that this is unofficial code - pending the official ADL fix that we are told is coming later in the year. Here is the tar file:

For usage instructions, see the comments in the code. It assumes that you have already extracted the radiance field from the SDR. Let me know if you find it useful.
