Individual VIIRS algorithms in runDemos

My ADL 3 installation was in a brand new directory. It looks like there is a discrepancy with what UW packaged up as part of their support scripts and instructions with the Raytheon distributed stuff. I was able to run the ProSdrViirsController.exe on the sample data, and I've got my analyst looking at the output data to compare it to the truth output (as I can't just do a raw binary diff due to numerical issues between the Power and Linux processors.
