CLASS appears to have what you need. The Polar Wander files are listed under the "NPP Official Dynamic Ancillary Data (NP_ODAD)" section.

On the search screen, don't forget to widen the search window to more than a day and restrict the search to "Earth Orientation - Finals 2000A".

Additionally, I think you need to have some special permissions on your CLASS account to access the data, so you may or may not be able to get to it. Or at least that's the way it used to be.

If you want them in a form already converted for us in ADL, you can get them at:

These directories are updated nightly with the latest available through gdata on GRAVITE.
