Abstract deadline extended: CSPP Users' Group Meeting, June, 2022, Madison, WI, USA

Dear Colleagues,

We are extending the deadline for submission of abstracts until April 11 for the Community Satellite Processing Package (CSPP) Users’ Group Meeting 2022 to be held in person at the Fluno Center on the campus of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin, USA, June 21-23, 2022.

In order to make this a successful meeting, we need your participation! Please pass this message along to any interested colleagues.

The goal of the meeting is to bring together the worldwide direct broadcast community of CSPP Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and Geostationary Orbit (Geo) software and data users. We shall discuss issues relevant to reception, processing, applications, and innovations of data acquired by direct broadcast from meteorological satellite missions including JPSS, GOES, Metop, Himawari, GEO-KOMPSAT, FY, EPS-SG, Meteor, and GCOM. Presentations related to other satellite missions are also welcome.

Registration
Registration and abstract submissions are now open. A registration fee of $275 will be payable through a separate website beginning soon. The registration fee includes daily morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch.

Hotel
A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference hotel, along with other nearby hotels. The website contains direct links to the CSPP meeting group rate reservation page for each hotel.

Abstracts Submission Deadline: 11 April 2022
Please submit your abstract when you register for the meeting. Abstracts submitted by 11 April will be considered for the technical program, to be announced by 2 May 2022.

After not being able to meet together for a long time, we look forward to seeing everyone for an enjoyable and productive meeting with your participation.
