Here is an update on the status of Terra Direct Broadcast from NASA:

Dear Direct Broadcast Community,
Unfortunately, after observing Terra spacecraft limited power margins during the most favorable orbit geometry for power generation expected prior to end of mission in 2027, there are no plans to resume Terra Direct Broadcast.
Greatly appreciate the cooperation and the support the Direct Broadcast Community has provided to Terra Spacecraft Operations since 2000.

On May 11, 2024, Terra stopped transmitting Direct Broadcast.
Terra is experiencing solar array power generation issue limiting our ability to continue all science and provide Direct Broadcast continuously. We are continuing to evaluate the spacecraft power generation issue. Will resume Direct Broadcast if power generation returns to normal or may only be able to support limited Direct Broadcast, if any.
