Hi,
Here's a request to UW for the next release of the support scripts. Please include lapack in the User COTS, even if its an option. I have done two installs, one on an Aerospace CentOS system and one on GRAVITE. On the Aerospace system, everything was fine with the lapack gotten through yum. On GRAVITE, The version that was there for ADL 2 didn't work with ADL 3 (due to I think the underscore issue in symbol names). I had to compile my own copy with gcc 4.3.2.
Request for next release: include lapack in User cots

Re: Request for next release: include lapack in User cots
The lapack problem you were experiencing may have been due to internal incompatibilities in the FORTRAN libraries between 4.1.2 and 4.3.2. A copy of lapack compiled with 4.1.2 won't work with 4.3.2 libgfortran.
