GEOCAT release?

The
GEOCAT info page says it was planned for release in Summer 2018, but there's no mention of GEOCAT on the
downloads page. Is GEOCAT available in Beta status somewhere?

Hi John,
Yes, there is a beta version of the GEOCAT package that is available upon request. To obtain the beta, please email the CSPP Geo team at
csppgeo.issues@ssec.wisc.edu.
The target release date for GEOCAT 1.0 is now December 2019.
