Dear Sir,
Thank you for posting your log information for us. Starting with CSPP Version 3.2, the ancillary and Look-Up-Table (LUT) distribution websites that we maintain are referenced in the software using https protocols. This can be a problem for some operating systems, and some system setups with firewalls. So please try setting these environment variables:
export JPSS_REMOTE_LUT_DIR=“http://jpssdb.ssec.wisc.edu/cspp_luts_v_4_0/”
export JPSS_REMOTE_ANC_DIR="http://jpssdb.ssec.wisc.edu/cspp_v_4_0/ancillary"
and then execute the software again. Make sure that you set these after you have sourced the CSPP SDR environmental setting script ($CSPP_SDR_HOME/cspp_sdr_env.sh), because the script will reset them to the default https addresses.
Please let us know if this resolves your problem. Good luck,
Kathy
