Hello,

With JPSS-2 is on operational working, we are working on the data reception and processing for it.

Now we are able to receive JPSS-2 data on our site and save the VIIRS data like:
"RNSCA-RVIRS_j02_d20230320_t0751460_e0751460_b00001_c20230320075626429000_drlu_ops.h5"

I tried to process it with CSPP SDR 3.3 but failed, I wonder if the current version of CSPP SDR supports JPSS-2 data? Thanks.

Hello Hu,

The current version of CSPP SDR, Version 3.3.1, does not support NOAA21 (JPSS2).

We are working on a new version of the CSPP SDR software (Version 4.0), which we will release once all of the instruments have been verified to "provisional" status, and once we have validated the CSPP output with NOAA operational data. We expect the release to take place some time in April 2023.
