Error when run ACSPO 2.0

When I process a product by using ACSPO 2.0 I got some error message (See attachment). How I should solve that please recommend.

Hello,
Did your ACSPO processing produce output? This error message should be ignored (as the message suggests). If your processing failed, it was caused by something different.
Were you able to successfully execute the software on the test data that is distributed with the software?
