RT-STPS VIIRS processing problems

Hello,
I have a question regarding RT-STPS, I hope this is the right place to ask.
I am trying to to process VIIRS (JPSS-1/2, NPP) telemetry data to RDRs to then process them to L1 data. I have the data in two formats: Reed Solomon decoded and raw.

The processing of the JPSS-1 test file provided with RT-STPS works fine. However, when trying to process my telemetry files no RDRs are generated. Some times temporary files (.tmp) are created in the output directory but no HDF5 files.

The only obvious difference I can see based on the RT-STPS viewer is that for the non-working data the amount of unrouteable CADUs equals the amount of CADUs.

I know that the files contain some data, as I can process them using https://www.satdump.org/. However, that doesn't help me, as I would like to have L1B VIIRS products.

If anyone could point me into a direction, that would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

Can you verify the version of RT-STPS that you are using?

Thanks

I think we solved the problem by manually disabling "pseudo noise decoding". Thank you for your help!
